Learning and development needs a new approach.
We began with a simple realisation: in a world where skills age fast and wellbeing matters more than ever, organisations and individuals need learning that keeps pace — and that looks after the people doing it.
So we brought learning, research, funding and excellence together under one roof. We train teams and individuals, build European partnerships that create open learning resources, and help organisations secure the funding to make change happen.
Excellence runs through everything we do: vocational excellence, so that vocational education and training keeps pace with the world of work, and development excellence, so that people, programmes and organisations keep growing.
Because it all sits under one roof, we create synergies between public and private partners and across sectors: education, business, research, public administration and civil society.
Since 2023 we have grown from a small Vienna team into a partner in 14 European projects, working with 30+ academic, corporate and civil partners in over 15 countries. Every year we reach more than 450 learners and professionals through our seminars, programmes and Erasmus+ courses.
Three ideas guide everything we do. Learning should build capabilities that last, not just skills for the next tool. It should reach the people who are often left out — newcomers to Austria, young people and small organisations. And it should connect Vienna with the rest of Europe, so that new practice comes to Austria and our own good practice travels back out.
