Need a room for a workshop, a meeting or a training? Our office at Rauhensteingasse 7/18 has two rooms for up to 50 and up to 20 people, and non-profit events that fit our mission can use them free of charge.
Two rooms for your event
Capacities are approximate and depend on how you set up the room.
Seminar room
Our largest room, with herringbone parquet and tall windows. Tables and chairs move easily, so you can set the room up as a circle, a theatre, a U-shape or one long boardroom table. A 55-inch smart TV, flipcharts and pinboards are ready for presentations and group work, and the lounge and kitchen next door give your participants space for breaks and catering. We run our own trainings and events here too.
Workshop room
A bright, flexible room for smaller groups, with height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs and a screen on wheels. Ideal for workshops, team meetings, interviews and focused group work. The desks can be joined into one table, set in rows or pushed aside for a circle of up to 15 people. It is also a quiet choice for interviews, coaching and co-working days.
Shared facilities
Lounge
A relaxed room with a sofa, an armchair, bean bags, a bookshelf and a screen, for breaks, informal talks and creative sessions.
Kitchen
An espresso machine, kettle, microwave and hob for coffee breaks and catering during your event.
Fair prices for every kind of event
Mission-aligned non-profit events are free, events with a clear social impact pay a modest contribution, and commercial bookings pay our full rate.

Free use of either room for non-profit educational or social events that fit our mission and values, such as youth work, workshops, community education and partner meetings. We review each request individually.

Our full rate for commercial bookings, with a minimum of three hours.
All prices are in euros and include the room equipment. Commercial bookings start at three hours. Catering is arranged separately. Every booking needs our confirmation; for the non-profit and social impact rates we need a short description of the event’s purpose, audience and impact.

Rauhensteingasse 7/18, 1010 Vienna – in the 1st district, between the State Opera and St. Stephen’s Cathedral and a short walk from Stephansplatz (U1, U3).
Access
The rooms are on the first floor, up one flight of stairs. There is no lift and the entrance is not step-free. If accessibility matters for your group, please contact us before booking and we will talk about what is possible.
