Practitioners Academy
Your contribution to our EU projects, recorded and recognised.
A pragmatic, flexible programme for the trainers, educators, instructors, researchers and other professionals who take part in our EU projects. Every webinar, interview, pilot and event counts: every 25 hours lead to a certificate and an EU digital micro-credential, and you can take part for as long as you wish.
The practitioners behind our projects.
Our EU projects rely on associated professionals in the field. They give interviews for our research, test new tools, pilot training formats, give feedback, co-design materials and carry the results into their own organisations as multipliers.
The Practitioners Academy recognises this contribution for what it is: learning. It is a pragmatic form of lifelong and life-wide learning that records the micro-learning happening while you work with us, and makes it visible.
Every form of participation in our EU projects.
Hours from different projects and activities are added together. A three-hour webinar counts just as much as three hours of piloting.
Interviews, surveys and focus groups for our studies.
Trying out new tools, courses and products before they launch.
Shaping materials, frameworks and curricula with our teams.
Reviewing frameworks, guides and prototypes.
Joining or hosting events that share project results.
Online and in-person sessions on project topics.
Project conferences, final events and exchanges.
Using project tools and methods in your own work.
From taking part to a micro-credential.
- Step 1Register
Tell us once that you would like your participation recorded. We open your personal learning record.
- Step 2Take part
We record each activity with its date, project and hours, across all our EU projects.
- Step 3Reflect
Short pre- and post-assessments and focused feedback circles show what you have learnt and where you can grow next.
- Step 4Get recognised
For every 25 hours you receive a certificate of participation and an EU digital micro-credential.
How 25 hours add up.
A trainer joins activities in five of our projects over a few months. Each one is recorded; together they reach 25 hours and are framed, assessed and recognised as one micro-credential.
Learning you can show.
Lists the areas, topics and learning outcomes of your activities and the hours you have completed.
Issued digitally for every 25 hours. It describes the learning outcomes, the workload and how they were assessed, following the European standard elements for micro-credentials.
Take part for as long as you wish. Whenever you need it, we issue a cumulative certificate that brings together all your hours, areas, topics and learning outcomes for the period you choose.
The cumulative certificate supports you in fulfilling continuous learning obligations, such as the professional development hours required by your employer, your school authority or your professional body.
What your certificate shows.
The same 25 hours as in the example above, as they appear on the certificate.
- Areas, topics and learning outcomes
The certificate describes what you learnt, not which project it came from, so it speaks to any employer, school authority or professional body.
- Workload and assessment
Hours per area, the period, the format and how your learning was assessed.
- Serial number and QR code
Every certificate carries a unique serial number and a QR code, so it can be checked quickly and reliably.
Serial no. PA-2026-000147
