Emerging Advanced Skills Youth
About the project
EASY closes the gap between the skills young people have and the ones the labour market asks for — focusing on digital and soft skills for disadvantaged youth in rural and underserved areas.
Online courses, transnational bootcamps and hands-on workshops are paired with policy dialogue for more inclusive employment, and with open guides and a learning portal that stay available.
Objectives
- 01Bridge the skills gap with training for emerging labour-market demands
- 02Empower disadvantaged youth to improve employability and economic participation
- 03Advocate for inclusive employment through dialogue with policymakers
- 04Deliver lasting impact through guides, toolkits and a digital learning portal
