About the project

GreenPlate is a European Alliance for Innovation that brings vocational schools, hospitality businesses and a certification body together to make food services more sustainable — cutting food waste and greening kitchens across gastronomy, hospitality and tourism.

ACCELERAS leads the work on the digital learning layer: the MOOC platform, open educational resources, AI-assisted learning and the pilots that test them with learners and staff.
