The seminar programme
The seminar is built around four modules. Each one combines a short input with practical exercises, so you apply what you learn straight away.
Use creativity techniques alone and in groups
Brainstorming, mind maps, random input and other techniques — when to use them and how to get the most out of a group.
Look at problems from new angles
Reframing questions, changing perspective and challenging assumptions, so that familiar problems reveal new solutions.
Select and develop the strongest ideas
Simple ways to cluster, rate and combine ideas, and to develop the best ones into concrete proposals.
Present ideas convincingly
Telling the story of an idea, showing a quick prototype and answering critical questions with confidence.
How we work
The seminar is playful and hands-on: you try each technique on real questions from your work or life, often in small teams, and present results to the group.

Who it is for
Learners, employees and teams. No prior knowledge is needed — we start from your own questions and cases.
Practical details
- Length: two to four days on site in Vienna, depending on the group
- Group size: from eight participants
- Language: German or English, set per group
- Fee: €220–€400 per person, depending on length — we help you look for funding
- Certificate of participation for every participant
Try this before the seminar
When you are stuck, ask “How would we solve this if we had only one day — or unlimited money?” Extreme versions of a question often lead to practical ideas.
