Book appointments and complete applications
Step-by-step practice with typical online appointment systems and application forms, including uploads and confirmations.

Understanding letters and messages from public offices, banks and insurers, and replying politely and correctly.
Navigate websites with confidence
Finding the right information on official websites, using search and help functions, and knowing where to ask when you are stuck.
