Setting up and using an email account, messaging apps and video calls with family, school or work — on your phone and on a computer.
Find reliable information online
Searching effectively, recognising trustworthy websites and checking information before you share it.
Complete online forms and book appointments
Step by step through typical online forms and booking systems, including uploads, passwords and confirmations.
Protect your data and devices
Strong passwords, updates, phishing and online scams: simple habits that keep your data and your money safe.

The seminar moves at a comfortable pace with lots of practice on your own device. Small groups mean the trainer has time for your questions.

- Fee: €220–€400 per person, depending on length — we help you look for funding
