The seminar programme
The seminar is built around four modules. Each one combines a short input with practical exercises, so you apply what you learn straight away.
Lead structured coaching conversations
You learn and practise a simple coaching structure — such as the GROW model — with open questions, active listening and clear agreements.
Give feedback that builds people up
Specific, timely and balanced feedback helps people grow. We practise giving and receiving feedback, including in difficult situations.
Set up mentoring within your team
How to match mentors and mentees, agree goals and keep mentoring alive alongside daily work.
Support development goals over time
Development plans, regular check-ins and recognising progress: we look at how coaching becomes part of everyday leadership.
How we work
Role plays in small groups, real cases from your leadership practice and peer feedback make up most of the seminar. You practise each conversation format several times.

Who it is for
Team leaders and managers. No prior knowledge is needed — we start from your own questions and cases.
Practical details
- Length: two to four days on site in Vienna, depending on the group
- Group size: from eight participants
- Language: German or English, set per group
- Fee: €220–€400 per person, depending on length — we help you look for funding
- Certificate of participation for every participant
